Men’s Mental Health Camp

A space for men to disconnect from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and build strength from the inside out.

This camp is designed to give men the opportunity to step away from everyday pressures and focus on what truly matters — their mental health, purpose, and personal growth.

Through a combination of:

  • Purpose-driven workshops
  • Mental resilience training
  • Physical and mindset challenges (including breathwork, ice baths, and more)
  • Small group connection circles

Men will leave with:

  • A clearer sense of direction
  • Stronger mental resilience
  • Practical tools and habits
  • A supportive network of like-minded men
